We operate under a "Privacy by Design" framework, ensuring that data collection is minimized to what is strictly necessary for academic eligibility assessment.
Our proprietary scanning interface utilizes client-side Tesseract.js libraries to process academic transcripts.
IMAGE PROCESSING PROTOCOL: All visual data extracted from certificates is processed within your device's volatile memory (RAM). Images are purged immediately upon the conclusion of the OCR session and are never transmitted to our persistent storage servers.
We maintain a strict policy against the automated sharing of student records. Your personal information, including full name, contact details, and academic band results, is shared with partnered institutions only under the following conditions:
• Explicit user initiation of offline consultation services.
• Formal submission of application documents through our administrative channels.
Data is hosted via Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest. We retain academic records only for the duration of your active account or until a formal deletion request is processed.
